This entry-level engineer role supports technical, site, and administrative tasks on road and infrastructure projects.
The role provides professional development and engineering exposure through project work, mentorship, and training.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and technical documents with engineering teams.
- Support site coordination and monitor construction progress.
- Prepare reports and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in inspections, measurements, and quality and safety reviews.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Support planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, or HSE activities depending on assignment.
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
- Develop engineering skills through mentorship and training programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with up to three years of experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, or Primavera is a plus.
