The HSEW Manager leads health, safety, and environmental management for road and infrastructure projects.
The role is responsible for compliance, risk control, incident prevention, and a zero-incident environment.
Your Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project HSE Management System.
- Lead safety teams, inspectors, and officers across all project zones.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Approve risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and environmental guidelines.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective or preventive actions.
- Conduct HSE orientation, training programs, and competency evaluations.
- Manage KPI reporting, safety statistics, and monthly HSE dashboards.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for safety compliance.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the entire workforce.
Requirements
- Knowledge of local safety regulations, OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and applicable environmental guidelines.
- Experience leading HSE teams, inspectors, and officers across multiple project zones.
- Capability to conduct HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Capability to lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective or preventive actions.
