- Define and execute the global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives
- Establish scalable governance, policies, and decision frameworks
- Lead procurement transformation and maturity roadmap
- Design and develop the procurement organization and talent pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Drive succession planning and capability development
- Own procurement budget governance, long term cost structure, and financial performance
- Drive strategic sourcing, value analysis, and long term partnerships
- Ensure contract coverage and compliance
- Lead strategic supplier partnerships and oversee risk mitigation
- Lead digitalization and reporting roadmap
- Act as procurement representative at advanced level and partner with cross functional teams

- Own procurement performance (cost, service, risk, innovation).
- Drive strategic sourcing, value analysis, and long term partnerships.
- Ensure contract coverage and compliance.
Supplier & Risk Management
- Lead strategic supplier partnerships.
- Oversee risk mitigation, dual sourcing, and contingency planning.
- Manage geopolitical, regulatory, and capacity risks.
Digital & Process Excellence
- Lead digitalization and reporting roadmap.
- Implement data driven performance management.
Executive & Cross Functional Leadership
- Act as procurement representative at advanced level.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain.
- Lead annual procurement planning, budget cycles, and multi year cost optimization roadmap.
