- Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks for complex technology and platform transformations

- Design structured enablement strategies for managers to act as advocates for technological change
- Equip senior technology and business leaders with messaging and coaching to serve as visible sponsors
- Lead end to end design and deployment of capability based learning paths in partnership with HR
- Design and execute engagement campaigns using gamification, rewards, and recognition
- Define and implement cohesive end to end operating model for technology transformations
- Establish structured workforce planning framework and partner with HR on role evolution
- Formulate and execute comprehensive communication plans to build awareness and momentum
- Proactively identify and diagnose resistance, design targeted intervention strategies
- Pioneer data driven metrics systems to track behavioral and performance outcomes
- Create governance framework for redeployment of saved capacity from productivity gains
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role with focus on enterprise change management, technology strategy, or large scale digital/agile transformations
- Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred in Organizational Development, HR, Computer Science, or Business Administration)
- Deep knowledge of industry OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Step Model)
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines
- Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships and influence senior/C suite leaders
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

Opportunity Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Transformation and Chief Operating Office (TCOO) as the Senior Director, Change Management.
- This leader will drive large scale technology transformations, culture shifts, and tooling adoption across our global technology teams.
- The immediate priority will be leading the organizational change management (OCM) for our AI Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) transformation.
What will you do?
- Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks tailored for complex technology and platform transformations.
