Position Overview
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
Drive organizational change, deliver complex digital programs, and align technology solutions with business objectives.

Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities to modernize processes, systems, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define transformation strategies and business outcomes.
Project and Program Management
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects involving ERP, CRM, cloud, AI, automation, data analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Establish project governance frameworks, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management plans.
- Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with C-level executives, department heads, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment.
- Facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings.
Experience and Capabilities
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience is required.
- Strong background in project and program management, digital strategy, business process transformation, technology implementation, and stakeholder management.
- Strategic leadership capability to drive organizational change and deliver complex digital programs.
