About the Role

- Work closely with business teams to understand and document requirements
- Convert business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and functional specifications
- Define clear acceptance criteria for development and testing teams
- Analyze current processes (AS IS) and design improved future state processes (TO BE)
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support project goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and other project documentation
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Analysis for digital transformation or digital product projects
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Hands on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and flowcharts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
