Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using containerized and OpenShift based environments
- Design and maintain hybrid environments (on premises and cloud) with high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability
- Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps integrated with OpenShift
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Red Hat OpenShift
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) integrated with OpenShift
- Enforce DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, RBAC, and compliance with security standards
- Conduct system performance tuning, load balancing, and capacity planning
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams, and mentor engineers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using containerized and OpenShift based environments
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Experience with Docker and Red Hat OpenShift for containerization and orchestration
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and RBAC

- Performance Optimization: Conducting system performance tuning, load balancing, and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization across OpenShift clusters.
