About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop creative architectural concepts, spatial strategies, and design narratives for projects ranging from interiors to master planning
- Produce high quality concept sketches, freehand diagrams, renders, presentations, and 3D visualizations
- Utilize advanced architectural software including Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
- Apply computational and parametric design methodologies using Grasshopper
- Conduct design research, benchmarking, site analysis, and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Infrastructure consultants
- Ensure designs comply with international building codes, regulations, sustainability standards, and project guidelines
- Integrate AI powered design and visualization tools into the architectural workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural concept design within a reputed international design consultancy or developer environment
- At least 5 years of recent and relevant experience focused on concept design, competition projects, or large scale mixed use developments
- Proven track record of delivering high quality concept design projects demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies for architectural design is highly desirable

Role Purpose
- Lead and contribute to the development of innovative architectural concepts across mixed use, residential, hospitality, retail, cultural, and master planning developments.
- Requires a highly creative and technically skilled architect with strong conceptual thinking, visualization capabilities, and expertise in advanced design software and AI powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative architectural concepts, spatial strategies, and design narratives.
- Produce high quality concept sketches, renders, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
- Utilize Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.

- Proven track record of delivering high quality concept design projects.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD.
- Revit preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies for architectural design is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation, visualization, and storytelling abilities.
