- Lead the interior design vision across multiple large scale developments
- Define and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Ensure alignment of all interior concepts with brand positioning and project objectives
- Oversee the full lifecycle of interior design projects from concept to completion
- Review and approve design packages, drawings, material selections, and FF&E
- Collaborate closely with architecture, development, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage and guide external design consultants, ensuring design intent and quality are maintained
- Act as the key point of contact for all interior design related matters across projects
- Present design concepts and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure all interior spaces meet the highest standards of design excellence, functionality, and sustainability
- Stay abreast of global design trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into projects
- Work closely with commercial and procurement teams to ensure design solutions are cost effective without compromising quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 12–18+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience delivering large scale real estate developments (residential, mixed use, hospitality)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high end, design led projects
- Deep understanding of FF&E, materials, and global design standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and cost efficiency
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Interior Design Director to lead the creative direction, design strategy, and execution of interior spaces across our portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments.
- This role will be instrumental in shaping the design identity of our projects, ensuring that all interiors reflect innovation, functionality, and the highest standards of quality aligned with Arada’s brand vision.
Design Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the interior design vision across multiple large scale developments.
- Define and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Ensure alignment of all interior concepts with brand positioning and project objectives.
Project Oversight & Delivery
- Oversee the full lifecycle of interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Review and approve design packages, drawings, material selections, and FF&E.

Stakeholder & Consultant Management

- Work closely with commercial and procurement teams to ensure design solutions are cost effective without compromising quality.
- Monitor budgets related to interior design and FF&E selections.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing interior design team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
