Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, spatial planning strategies, and design narratives for various projects
- Prepare concept sketches, diagrams, mood boards, presentations, renders, and 3D visualizations
- Utilize Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to develop and refine design concepts
- Apply computational and parametric design techniques using Grasshopper
- Conduct precedent studies, site analysis, benchmarking, and design research
- Collaborate with Senior Design Architects, Urban Designers, Landscape Architects, and Design Managers
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, and Infrastructure teams
- Assist in preparing design presentations, competition submissions, client workshops, and internal design reviews
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, planning requirements, sustainability principles, and project guidelines
- Integrate AI assisted visualization and design tools to improve design exploration and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch)
- 5 8 years of professional architectural experience within an international architectural consultancy or developer
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience focused on concept design, schematic design, or design competitions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, visualization skills, and architectural design capability
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Revit and 3ds Max preferred
- Knowledge of AI powered architectural design tools is an advantage

Role Purpose
- The Concept Architect will support the development of creative and innovative architectural concepts across a diverse portfolio of mixed use, residential, hospitality, retail, cultural, and master planning projects.
- The role requires a highly creative architect with strong conceptual thinking, visualization capabilities, and proficiency in advanced architectural design software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, spatial planning strategies, and design narratives for a variety of projects including buildings, interiors, and master planning developments.
- Prepare concept sketches, diagrams, mood boards, presentations, renders, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.
- Utilize architectural design software including Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to develop and refine design concepts.
- Apply computational and parametric design techniques using Grasshopper to explore innovative architectural solutions where appropriate.
- Conduct precedent studies, site analysis, benchmarking, and design research to support concept development.
- Collaborate with Senior Design Architects, Urban Designers, Landscape Architects, and Design Managers throughout all concept design stages.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, and Infrastructure teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Assist in preparing design presentations, competition submissions, client workshops, and internal design reviews.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, planning requirements, sustainability principles, and project guidelines.
- Stay current with global architectural trends, innovative materials, AI powered design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Integrate AI assisted visualization and design tools to improve design exploration, rendering quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Support the delivery of high quality architectural concepts while meeting project schedules and design objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch).
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional architectural experience within an international architectural consultancy or developer.
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience focused on concept design, schematic design, or design competitions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, visualization skills, and architectural design capability.
- Experience across mixed use, residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, or cultural developments is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural design principles, sustainability, user experience, and urban design fundamentals.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in: Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of: Revit (preferred), 3ds Max (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI powered architectural design, visualization, rendering, and workflow optimization tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong graphic communication, visualization, and presentation skills.
