The role develops design concepts, leads projects, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and maintains design quality throughout each stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through execution.
- Develop innovative, functional, and high-quality design solutions.
- Manage and mentor architects and designers.
- Review drawings, presentations, materials, and design deliverables.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, clients, and project teams.
- Maintain strong design standards across all projects.
- Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least five years of architectural design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design excellence.
- Excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
