- Work closely with business, technology, and delivery partners to manage expectations, dependencies, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues with clear mitigation strategies
- Prepare accurate and timely status reporting for Director and VP level forums
- Support delivery within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments and contribute to continuous improvement
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend; support cost control and resource planning
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Delivery Frameworks, technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Support scope, schedule, and priority changes by analyzing impacts and facilitating trade off decisions
- Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial services or large enterprises with specific experience in Data and/or AI
- Experience leading technology and/or business delivery initiatives in large, complex organizations
- Hands on experience with Agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex delivery plans, dependencies, and risks
- Experience supporting large technology or business transformation initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and data driven approach to decision making
- Exposure to enterprise delivery frameworks and governance models

The role:
- The Senior Delivery Manager, Enterprise Delivery Office supports Director level leadership in the end to end management of projects within the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) Enterprise Data and AI portfolio.
- This role is accountable for leading project execution, coordination across workstreams, risk and issue management, and delivery governance.
What will you do?
- Project Delivery: Lead day to day planning and execution of project initiatives within the Enterprise Data and AI portfolio.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business, technology, and delivery partners to manage expectations, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues with clear mitigation strategies and recommendations.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely status reporting for Director and VP level forums, including financials, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Agile & Delivery Practices: Support delivery within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Financial & Resource Management: Track project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend; support cost control and resource planning.
- Quality & Controls: Ensure adherence to Enterprise Delivery Frameworks, technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.

What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial services or large enterprises with specific experience in Data and/or AI.
- Experience leading technology and/or business delivery initiatives in large, complex organizations.
- Hands on experience with Agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex delivery plans, dependencies, and risks.

- PMP, ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, evolving environment.
