- Design and implement enterprise wide Data Quality Frameworks
- Develop data validation, profiling, cleansing, and standardization rules
- Identify and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis
- Embed quality controls into ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and data platforms
- Monitor data quality KPIs and dashboards
- Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Architects, and Data Engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise data quality and governance environments
- Strong experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Management
- Hands on expertise in SQL, Data Profiling, Data Validation, and Data Cleansing
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakes
- Knowledge of tools such as Informatica IDQ, Purview, Collibra, or Ataccama
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related field
