- Develop and implement data governance and data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Define data quality metrics, controls, monitoring processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support metadata management, business glossary development, data lineage, and cataloging activities.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify critical data assets and improve data quality outcomes.
- Implement and automate data validation, profiling, monitoring, and remediation processes.
- Support governance operating models, stewardship programs, and accountability frameworks.
- Design dashboards and reporting solutions to measure data quality performance and governance maturity.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to promote adoption of governance practices.
- Partner with technical teams to integrate governance and quality controls into enterprise data platforms.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data management principles and governance frameworks.
- Experience implementing data quality controls, monitoring, and remediation processes.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud based data platforms.
- Familiarity with metadata management, data lineage, cataloging, and stewardship concepts.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.
- Strong Arabic and English communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
