- Use HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve workforce insights and people processes
- Support employee engagement and help build a high performance culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience
- Strong knowledge of generalist HR practices and performance management
- Experience identifying and developing internal talent
- Comfortable working with HR data, analytics, and AI enabled HR tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech, technology, SaaS, or other high growth business (preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE employment practices (preferred)

Overview
- Our Fintech Client in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Lead to join our growing fintech and technology business in Dubai. This role is suited to an HR professional with a strong HR Business Partner background who can drive people initiatives while managing core HR responsibilities.
