- Define and maintain governance structures, including decision making processes, escalation mechanisms, and reporting approaches.
- Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, scope, and resources.
- Manage dependencies and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution activities where needed.
- Establish and maintain effective change control processes, ensuring visibility and alignment between requirements, scope, commercial commitments, and delivery objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Support and guide delivery leads to ensure alignment with objectives, standards, and ways of working.
- Build and lead effective teams, promoting transparency, accountability, and reliable execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large and complex technology or business transformation initiatives with accountability for delivery and financial outcomes
- Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating with third party providers or partners
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills within complex environments
- A high level of ownership and sound decision making capability
- Familiarity with recognised delivery and governance frameworks
- Solid understanding of product and technology delivery lifecycles and contemporary development practice
