SAP Program Manager

Overview

• Our IT Software Consulting Client is looking to hire an SAP Program Manager in Abu Dhabi.
• You will be:
• Leading complex delivery initiatives from inception through successful completion, with accountability for overall outcomes.
• Defining and maintaining governance structures, including decision-making processes, escalation mechanisms, and reporting approaches.
• Overseeing delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, scope, and resources.
• Managing dependencies and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and driving resolution activities where needed.
• Establishing and maintaining effective change control processes, ensuring visibility and alignment between requirements, scope, commercial commitments, and delivery objectives.
• Building strong relationships with customers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Supporting and guiding delivery leads to ensure alignment with objectives, standards, and ways of working.
• Building and leading effective teams, promoting transparency, accountability, and reliable execution.

• Your profile:
• Proven experience leading large and complex ERP technology or business transformation initiatives with accountability for delivery and financial outcomes.
• Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating with third-party providers or partners.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills within complex environments.
• A high level of ownership and sound decision-making capability, with the ability to balance priorities and trade-offs.
• A practical, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to achieving outcomes.
• Familiarity with recognised delivery and governance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of product and technology delivery lifecycles and contemporary development practice.
