Role Overview

  • Our client is a global leader in cybersecurity SaaS solutions looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound sales teams through strategic prospecting and extensive account research.
  • This role is part of the company's Emiratisation initiative.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Nurture early stage opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Conduct outbound cold calling across existing customers and break into net new logos within your assigned territories
  • Identify key decision makers within target account
  • Create an exceptional first impression for prospects and customers
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers through creative follow up communication
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
  • Log and manage prospect information in Salesforce CRM
  • Build product knowledge through regular training sessions
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to help optimise revenue

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer driven role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with creative, out of the box thinking
  • Experience in account planning, prospecting, and cold calling across a mix of net new and existing accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year over year quota attainment
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the sales teams you support
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise workload, and maximise efficiency
  • Active listening skills to understand and respond to prospect needs
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
  • Solid phone, prospecting, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine desire to build a career in technology sales
