About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical engineering leadership and expertise in design and development of LV, MV, UPS, energy storage and other data centre electrical systems
- Conduct detailed technical engineering analyses and provide recommendations for improving electrical systems and processes
- Focus on early Eaton system approvals by vendors (AVL) for programmatic buys
- Support technical engineering system design for customers on an ad hoc basis
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of electrical projects
- Drive innovation and push boundaries in Eaton's Data Centres design offering
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and activities to promote Eaton to client relations and business
- Support site review and work with onsite field engineers, provide engineering evaluations, electrical systems audits, and startup as needed

What you'll do
- Provide technical engineering leadership and expertise in the design and development of LV, MV, UPS, energy storage and other applicable data centre electrical systems and solutions.
- Conduct detailed technical engineering analyses and provide recommendations for improving electrical systems and processes.
- Focussed on early Eaton system approvals by vendors (AVL) for programmatic buys.
- Adhoc supports on technical engineering system design support for customers.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Design & Bid, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure the successful implementation of electrical projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in electrical design.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical design and implementation.
- Working with local agencies having jurisdiction to ensure compliance with IEC, EU requirements and building codes.
- Defining project scope and provide technical support for information requests prior to, and during construction phases.
- Drive innovation and push boundaries in Eaton's Data Centres design offering by staying up to date with the latest research, industry trends and technologies.
- This an external facing role and the candidate will be representing Eaton as an Industry solutions expert. The person needs to develop trusted and influential relationships with Clients, Consultants, Partners and Industry peers.
- Contribute & Support marketing campaigns & activities that can promote Eaton to Client relations and business.
