Strategic Data Analysis
- Apply advanced data analysis techniques to support strategic initiatives and decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to anticipate market dynamics and opportunities.
- Evaluate key metrics, products, and services for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activity, positioning, and performance for competitive strategies.
- Conduct market research and segment analysis to identify target audiences and growth areas.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic plans.
- Perform scenario analysis to assess strategic choices and business impacts.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Create visualizations, charts, and dashboards to communicate complex insights.
- Define and track KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with strategy, finance, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise and identify risks, innovation, and improvement opportunities.
Job Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of data analysis tools and databases.
- Experience managing large-scale databases and handling large datasets.
- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
Experience and Education
- At least 8 years of total work experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
- GCC experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Competencies
- Agility, AI fluency, leadership, quality, and resilience.
- Business intelligence tools, data governance, data marts, data quality assurance, and KPI understanding.
