About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead development and management of project budgets, cost plans, and forecasting for data centre developments
- Provide strategic cost advice on value engineering, procurement strategies, and cost optimisation
- Oversee preparation of detailed cost estimates, benchmarking, and feasibility studies
- Lead tender processes including documentation, evaluations, negotiations, and recommendations
- Manage post contract activities including variations, change control, claims assessment, and cost reporting
- Act as primary commercial interface with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor Cost Managers and Assistant Cost Managers
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management or related discipline
- Professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS or equivalent) preferred
- 10–15 years’ experience in cost management within construction projects
- Proven experience delivering data centre, mission critical, or high tech industrial projects
- Strong exposure to CSA and MEP trade packages

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our organisation in Riyadh
- Focus on Data Centre Projects and full lifecycle cost management services
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership & Cost Strategy: Lead budgets, cost plans, forecasting
- Provide strategic cost advice on value engineering and procurement
- Establish cost control frameworks
- Cost Planning & Pre Contract Services: Oversee cost estimates, benchmarking, feasibility studies
- Lead cost planning through concept, design, pre construction
- Challenge design solutions for cost optimisation
- Procurement & Tender Management: Develop procurement strategies for CSA, MEP, specialist systems
- Lead tender processes
- Post Contract Cost Control: Manage variations, change control, claims, cost reporting
- Oversee contractor valuations and certify payments
- Lead final account negotiations
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Primary commercial interface
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management or related
- Professional accreditation (MRICS or equivalent) preferred
- 10–15 years’ experience in cost management within construction
- Proven experience in data centre, mission critical, or high tech industrial projects
- Strong exposure to CSA and MEP trade packages
- Experience in fast track, high pressure delivery environments
