Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in design and construction projects for urban infrastructure and facilities development
- Comprehensive knowledge of cost estimating practices, calculation methodologies, industry standards, procedures, and specifications
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of cost management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, SAP, or equivalent platforms)
- Proven expertise in cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor and develop team members
- Experience managing large scale projects with complex cost structures
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous

Job Description

- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs on design and construction projects for urban infrastructure and facilities development.
