- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost control
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier cost proposals to support procurement decisions
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives and cost optimization efforts
- Ensure cost control practices align with both project and corporate financial objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction
- At least 5 years in the UAE
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and construction cost management software (e.g., Candy, SAP, or similar)
