About the Role

Responsibilities
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand project scope and support tender participation decisions.
- Prepare quantity take offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and clarification requests by identifying discrepancies, missing information, or ambiguities.
- Issue RFQs, follow up with subcontractors and suppliers, review quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and support negotiation.
- Coordinate with procurement, construction, and technical teams to capture material, manpower, logistics, authority, and execution requirements.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and support Design & Build proposals where applicable.
- Prepare estimate files using CCS Candy, including BOQ adjustments, bid profiling, and pricing analysis.
- Prepare and finalize technical and commercial tender submissions, including addenda, clarifications, and post tender requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of UAE main contracting experience in civil estimation and tendering
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines
- Good English writing and presentation ability
