Responsibilities
- Review designs, IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure architectural packages comply with UAE authority requirements, local building codes, project specifications, employer requirements, and applicable international standards
- Coordinate with relevant project teams and stakeholders to ensure proper technical integration and avoid design or execution conflicts
- Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and draftsmen in preparing and reviewing architectural and engineering deliverables
- Review prequalification documents, material submittals, samples, supplier certifications, testing requirements, and other technical submissions against project requirements
- Apply knowledge of modern architectural solutions, materials, finishing methods, and BIM/Revit workflows to support quality, constructability, and technical issue resolution during construction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in architectural / technical engineering roles
- Strong experience in technical design, construction stage coordination, high quality finishing methods, BIM/Revit, and modern architectural materials

Job Overview
