- Provide overall leadership and direction to project managers and teams across multiple sites
- Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and close out of projects in line with contractual, financial, and operational requirements
- Manage client relationships, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and resources, and implement corrective actions as required
- Report regularly to senior management on project performance and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in construction
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in high value building
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- In depth knowledge of local authority requirements (RTA, DM, ADM, etc.)
