- Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and resolving system related problems
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities
- Support end users by providing training and functional assistance as needed
- Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration in construction industry
- Strong hands on experience with ERP systems (ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar)
- Proficient in SQL and programming (Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET); both are mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Overview
