- Execute business analysis activities to advance electronic FX trading business initiatives.
- Act as liaison between project stakeholders, serving as single point of contact for requirement expertise.
- Support end to end project implementation and act as subject matter expert in both business and technology.
- Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements.
- Facilitate solution design discussions and assemble client focused solutions.
- Prepare and validate solution design documents around scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
- Provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.
- Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve problems.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a business systems analyst role handling entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into complex technical solutions.
- At least 5 years of SQL experience.
- Experience in Linux/Unix environments is a strong asset.
- Prior experience in Capital Markets trading platforms or large enterprise software solutions (Celer, ION, Fluent etc.) is a strong asset.
- Experience in Bloomberg, FXall, 360T and FX Connect is a strong asset.
- Prior experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Verifix etc.) is a plus.
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.

What You'll Be Doing
- Joining CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology team, specifically within the Electronic Foreign Exchange group.
