- Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with system development lifecycle using agile and waterfall
- Knowledge of sanctions and PEP screening in AML context

What you'll be doing
- Join CIBC's Enterprise Technology, Financial Crimes & Enterprise Risk Technology division.
- Support end to end project implementation for Sanctions and PEP Screening systems.
- Act as subject matter expert in both business and technology.
How you'll succeed
- Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements.
- Facilitate solution design discussions to meet project needs.
- Prepare and validate solution design documents around scope, requirements, and quality assurance.
- Support end to end project implementation as a subject matter expert.
- Provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.
- Maintain a collaborative work environment and resolve organizational problems.
Who you are
- 3+ years in a Business Systems Analysis (BSA) role leading projects.
- Ability to elicit requirements and write strong documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong abilities in data analysis and gap analysis.
- Proficient with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
- Professional exposure in system development lifecycle using agile and waterfall.
- Knowledge of sanctions and PEP screening in AML context is an asset.
