We are partnering with a growing digital assets firm in Dubai looking to hire a
Compliance Officer & Mlro
to lead their regulatory and AML function.
This is a critical role focused on
VARA licensing, regulatory alignment, and ongoing compliance oversight
, working directly with senior leadership and regulators.
🔍 Key Requirements (Must-Have)
- Proven experience working with
- VARA regulations
(Mandatory)
- Experience as Compliance Officer / MLRO / Deputy MLRO in crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Strong hands-on expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting
- Prior experience dealing with regulators, audits, and licensing processes
- ⚠️ Important:
- This is an onsite role in Dubai
- Visa sponsorship is not provided at the initial stage
- Candidates must be based in the UAE or able to arrange their own visa initially
