- We are currently hiring for a Senior Executive – Collections opportunity with a leading organization in the UAE.
- We are looking for professionals with strong experience in collections, customer account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and tenant/customer follow ups within the real estate sector.
- 🔹 Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of collections experience within UAE real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or Yardi
- Experience handling tenant/customer collections, bounced cheques, reconciliations, and dispute management
- Good understanding of UAE regulatory framework related to collections
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- 📍 Location: UAE
- Applicants with experience in large real estate organizations will be highly preferred.
