Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and prestige of the Maison.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with both local and international clientele through consistent engagement and follow up.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' preferences, purchasing habits, and lifestyle requirements to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Actively nurture existing client portfolios whilst identifying opportunities to attract and develop new clients.
  • Ensure all clients receive a seamless experience before, during, and after each purchase.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute positively towards overall boutique performance.
  • Utilise effective sales techniques to maximise revenue opportunities across all product categories.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client development, repeat business, and cross selling.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and contribute ideas to drive boutique performance and client engagement initiatives.
  • Support the execution of client events, product launches, and brand activations designed to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the Maison's collections, craftsmanship, heritage, and product offering.
  • Confidently communicate product features, technical specifications, and brand stories in an engaging and compelling manner.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience within luxury retail, ideally within Fine Jewellery, Watches, High Jewellery, Fashion, Leather Goods, or other premium luxury categories.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a client focused environment.
  • Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with high net worth and discerning clientele.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally consultative approach to selling.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Professional, polished, and confident in representing a luxury brand.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast paced retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering service excellence.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, or Italian would be advantageous.
