Role Overview

  • This is a unique opportunity to operate as a trusted hiring advisor within a world renowned environment that blends timeless sophistication with modern innovation.
  • As an extension of the client’s internal HR team, you will manage end to end recruitment across multiple business functions, with a strong focus on retail leadership and regional corporate hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embedded Strategic Talent Acquisition: Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, supporting recruitment across retail, regional, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand workforce needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Participate in quarterly workforce planning and talent reviews to anticipate upcoming hiring needs.
  • Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using direct search, networks, and market intelligence.
  • Build strong pipelines of high potential and luxury aligned talent for current and future roles.
  • Conduct talent mapping, benchmarking, and in market competitor research to support hiring decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory: Provide consistent updates and insights to both client stakeholders and the HR Source RPO team.
  • Offer expert guidance on local hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Lead regular hiring check ins and feedback loops to ensure alignment and performance delivery.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Brand: Ensure a premium, brand consistent candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Represent and protect the client’s employer brand at every touchpoint, serving as a brand ambassador in the market.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in an RPO or in house model.
  • Solid experience hiring for luxury retail, lifestyle, or high end consumer brands is essential.
  • Familiarity with Middle East talent markets (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar & KSA) and experience managing high volume and senior level retail hiring.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Skilled in using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards.
