Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–12 years' HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
- Mandatory UAE agency experience in creative, media, digital, branding, production, events, or integrated marketing agencies.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem solving skills.

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our boutique marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have strong HR business partnering experience within the UAE agency landscape and understand the dynamics of creative, media, digital, production, and events businesses.
Key Responsibilities
