- Review and analyze contractor claims including EOT, variations, and cost claims
- Assist in evaluating entitlement and supporting documentation for claims submissions
- Ensure claims comply with contract terms, conditions, and notice requirements (FIDIC or similar)
- Maintain and update claims registers, logs, and tracking systems
- Prepare summary reports on claims status, delays, and financial impact
- Support development of responses to contractor claims and correspondence
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project stakeholders
- Participate in claims and progress meetings and provide inputs on issues
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, and gaps in claim submissions
- Support senior team members in negotiation and dispute avoidance activities
Requirements
- Solid experience in contracts, commercial functions, or claims
- Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract conditions
- Detail oriented and motivated
- Ability to analyze claim documentation and assess entitlement
