- Drive benefits management across the project lifecycle
- Represent the Agency on claims/disputes and cost reduction committees
- Provide project governance and performance oversight to DPMOs and Project Managers
- Lead executive reporting and portfolio analysis for CEO decision making
- Steer project financial planning, budget control, and performance monitoring
- Prepare and maintain the annual contracting and tendering schedule
- Support Project Managers through all stages from initiation to closure
- Analyse root causes of change orders and implement preventive measures

- Experience in benefits management, project governance, and contract administration
- Strong financial planning and budget control skills
- Ability to lead executive reporting and portfolio analysis
- Experience in claims/disputes and cost reduction committees

- Drive Benefits Management across the project lifecycle

- Drive value management initiatives focused on cost reduction and revenue maximization
- Capture and document lessons learned from projects, tenders, and contracts
Operations
- Provide project governance and performance oversight by supporting DPMOs and Project Managers
- Evaluate and enhance PMO maturity by assessing Project Managers’ performance
- Lead executive reporting and portfolio analysis by tracking key programs and projects
- Steer project financial planning, budget control, and performance monitoring
- Prepare and maintain the annual contracting and tendering schedule
- Support Project Managers through all stages from initiation to closure
- Steer financial planning and control by leading the budget planning process
Product / Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate and updated data on budgets, contracts, and assets
- Analyse root causes of change orders and contractual risks, implementing preventive measures
