Candidate Profile

• We are looking for a

• Master’s degree (or higher) in:
• Cosmetic Science
• Chemistry
• Chemical Engineering
• Pharmaceutical Sciences
• **Minimum 8–12 years of experience**
• in:
• Cosmetic manufacturing
• Production scale-up
• Industrial formulation
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Skincare (mandatory)
• Haircare (mandatory)
• Color cosmetics (strong plus)
• Proven ability to:
• Develop
• stable, production-ready formulations
• Scale from lab to industrial batches
• Optimize production costs without compromising quality
• Deep knowledge of:
• **GMP / ISO 22716**
• UAE cosmetic regulations (Montaji system preferred)
• Raw materials, emulsifiers, actives, preservatives
