Responsibilities
- Handle end to end business setup advisory for clients across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions
- Generate, qualify, and convert high value leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Provide expert consultation on UAE licensing structures, legal requirements, and business activity selection
- Manage the full sales cycle including client onboarding, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Mentor and support junior consultants when required
- Coordinate with PRO, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications
- Stay updated on UAE business regulations and government policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target driven environment
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Job Description Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results driven Senior Business Setup Consultant to join our team.
