Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their requirements
- Guide clients through the complete company formation process from initial consultation to license issuance
- Prepare and explain business setup packages, pricing, and regulatory requirements
- Assist clients with trade license applications, visa processing, and documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities, PRO teams, and internal departments for timely approvals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress using CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful business setup deals
- Stay updated on UAE business regulations, licensing rules, and compliance requirements
- Provide professional after sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UAE Business Setup / Company Formation services
- Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore regulations
- Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills
- Strong sales mindset with ability to convert leads into clients
- Fluency in English

Job Description Overview
- We are looking for a knowledgeable and client focused Company Formation Advisor to support clients in setting up their businesses across the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will provide end to end advisory services on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation while ensuring a smooth and compliant setup process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their requirements.
- Guide clients through the complete company formation process from initial consultation to license issuance.
- Prepare and explain business setup packages, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist clients with trade license applications, visa processing, and documentation.

Requirements
