Responsibilities
- Advise entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on UAE business setup options
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Manage end to end client onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal departments for licensing, visa processing, banking, and compliance
- Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide pipeline updates
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay informed about UAE regulatory changes and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Consultancy Sales
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation procedures and government regulations
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Business Setup Manager to lead client acquisition and business consultancy services within our growing corporate services division.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE company formation processes and a strong track record in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on UAE business setup options, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct consultations to assess client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Manage the end to end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate licensing, visa processing, banking support, and compliance services.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Requirements
