Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the country through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals via our partnerships
  • Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand your professional network
  • Conduct thorough research and plan customer acquisition strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions
  • Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering our full suite of products
  • Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests
  • Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior level stakeholders
  • Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM system
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in Medical and Non Medical Insurance Products

What You Need to Have

  • Proven B2B sales experience preferably in Insurance Industry
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for building and closing relationships
  • Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
