Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close management agreements with property owners across Dubai's prime and super prime segments
- Convert inbound leads from our marketing team, over 80 per month, into signed owners
- Build relationships with real estate agents across Dubai, educating them on how short term rental management can generate revenue for their clients' properties
- Meet directly with family offices, Power of Attorney holders (POAs), and funds to present short term rental management as a strategy to increase returns
- Own the full negotiation process from first conversation to signed agreement, including terms, commission structure, and onboarding handover
- Represent Farwell & Gervase as a trusted, knowledgeable voice in the Dubai luxury property market
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, real estate, or luxury property sales in Dubai
- Strong existing network across Dubai real estate agents, developers, family offices, or property funds is a significant advantage
- Confident and credible presenting to high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional property holders
- Skilled negotiator with a track record of closing high value agreements
- Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, with specific knowledge of the prime and super prime segment a strong plus
- Self motivated, comfortable managing a high volume pipeline while also building longer term strategic relationships

- We manage a portfolio of 70+ units across Dubai's most sought after addresses, from Emaar Beachfront and Dubai Marina to Downtown Dubai and Creek Harbour, delivering five star guest experiences and maximising returns for property owners.
About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our owner portfolio, with a specific focus on prime and super prime properties across Dubai.
- This is a high impact, relationship driven role at the centre of our business, you will be the person turning interest into signed management agreements and building the long term relationships that fuel our growth.
- You will close a strong, consistent pipeline of inbound leads generated by our marketing team, currently over 80 qualified leads per month, while also proactively building relationships across the wider Dubai real estate ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
