Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • This is a high-opportunity, high-reward position designed for a closer, not a cold caller.
  • Our in-house marketing team generates over 60 warm inbound leads per month (more than 2 per day), and you will have direct access to a curated database of over 1,000 property owners in Dubai.
  • Your focus is to convert, build relationships, and grow revenue at the premium end of the market.
  • Onboard premium property owners in Dubai and European markets into our rental portfolio
  • Convert warm inbound leads using a consultative, relationship-led sales approach
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of high-net-worth property owner prospects
  • Represent the brand at networking events, owner briefings, and industry functions
  • Leverage our proprietary owner database to identify and pursue new opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Dubai holiday homes, short-term rental, or property management industry
  • 4–5 years of proven sales or business development experience
  • Fluent written and verbal English (additional languages a strong advantage)
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle
  • Currently based in Dubai

Experience & Skills

  • Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Ability to independently manage a full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Personal attributes (great for screening)
  • Highly self-directed, comfortable performing without daily oversight given the flexible working arrangement
  • Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a premium luxury brand
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and gracefully
