  • We manage a portfolio of 70+ units across Dubai's most sought after addresses, from Emaar Beachfront and Dubai Marina to Downtown Dubai and Creek Harbour, delivering five star guest experiences and maximising returns for property owners.

About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Operations Admin to join our Dubai office.
  • This is a full time, in office role forming a critical part of our day to day operations across a fast growing portfolio of premium holiday homes.
  • You will work closely with our Senior Admin Officer to ensure all operational and administrative processes run smoothly across the portfolio.
  • The role is process driven and fast paced, particularly during peak check in periods, and requires someone who is reliable, precise and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all guest check ins and check outs on the DTCM portal daily
  • Process building check ins across the portfolio via property management portals
  • Send accurate check in information to the team Slack channel in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the scheduling of all AC servicing across the portfolio on a 6 monthly cycle
  • Coordinate regular furniture deep cleaning across all managed units
  • Process the monthly DTCM tourism fee payment accurately and on time
  • Log all incoming maintenance and cleaning invoices as a first pass before senior review
  • Update Property Finder availability across the portfolio on a regular basis

Working Hours

  • 6 Days per week · 8:30am to 6:30pm · In office · Dubai

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Fluent in English — written and spoken to a professional standard
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday homes, short term rentals, or property management
  • Hands on experience with Hostaway or a comparable property management system
  • Proficient with Slack and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks during busy periods, up to 30 check ins per day at peak season
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, consistent and professional in all communications
  • Familiarity with Dubai property or tourism regulations and DTCM processes, training will be provided where needed
  • Prior experience in a fast paced operations or administrative role in Dubai
