Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 5+ years of Capital Markets and Financial Services experience
- Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, or Asset Management
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Office Suite, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, BPMN
- Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, Calypso, Murex, Aladdin, or Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting, risk management, and post trade operations preferred
- CBAP, CFA, PMI PBA, or Agile certifications considered assets

Role Overview
- Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets
- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst – Capital Markets to support strategic initiatives across trading, investment banking, asset management, risk management, regulatory reporting, and post trade operations.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior leadership to drive business transformation, process optimization, and technology delivery initiatives.
Responsibilities
