The Role

Work Arrangement

• The role is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates.
• The position is part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, requirements, challenges, and performance indicators.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and define clear objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable solutions.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, process maps, reports, and analytical presentations.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, finance, product, and project teams.
• Support solution evaluation, implementation, testing, and change initiatives.
• Track project outcomes and recommend continuous improvements based on results.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant business analysis, consulting, operations, or project experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and process improvement is required.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, and reporting is required.
• Knowledge of process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and solution evaluation is required.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Ability to translate complex business information into clear recommendations is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment is required.
