Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live and recorded online lectures, seminars, and learning sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, learning materials, and digital resources.
• Explain academic concepts clearly and connect theory with practical applications.
• Facilitate discussions, activities, group work, and interactive learning.
• Assess assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor student participation, progress, and outcomes.
• Respond to student questions and provide academic guidance.
• Collaborate with academic and instructional teams to improve course content.
• Support continuous enhancement of online teaching methods and learning experiences.

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant teaching, training, academic, or professional experience are preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching methodologies are required.
• Experience with online or blended instruction is required.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital education tools is required.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom facilitation skills are required.
• The instructor must be able to engage diverse learners, encourage critical thinking, and work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong organization, time management, assessment skills, and commitment to academic quality are required.
