Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Riyadh.
The role bridges KSA-based clients, product leads, and offshore engineering teams.
The position translates complex business visions into precise technical specifications for mobile and web products.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions and convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Produce BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria, with Gherkin preferred.
- Model solution flows using BPMN 2.0, flowcharts, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and integration mappings.
- Own the product backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps and ensure items meet prioritization, estimation, and readiness standards.
- Align QA test cases with business logic and lead client UAT cycles.
- Localize system logic and user flows for the KSA market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of business systems analysis experience with a record in mobile and web product development.
- Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, SDLC, and Scrum knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
- Practical database and SQL knowledge; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Native Arabic and excellent written and spoken English are required.
- Familiarity with KSA digital transformation trends and regulatory environments is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills.
