Experience and language
- Candidates should have 8–12 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional solution design.
- Arabic language capability is mandatory.
Technical qualifications
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration across relevant SAP modules is required.
- Experience with SAP configuration, master data, transactional processes, and integration points is required.
- Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, migration, or transformation projects is required.
Required capabilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Analyze process gaps and recommend process improvements and SAP-based solutions.
- Manage stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Define acceptance criteria, support test case preparation, and participate in SIT and UAT.
- Manage requirements, change requests, scope changes, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate complex business and technical concepts to business and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis sessions and document business requirements.
- Support functional consultants and validate solutions.
- Assist in testing and collaborate with SAP consultants, technical teams, developers, QA teams, and business users.
- Work effectively in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
