Overview

Our client looking for a dynamic and consumer-centric Senior Brand Manager to lead brand growth, innovation, and market expansion for a leading FMCG business based in Dubai.

The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end brand strategy, consumer engagement, product innovation, and commercial performance across key markets in the GCC and international regions.

The ideal candidate should come with strong FMCG brand management experience, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and proven expertise in executing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Drive brand positioning, communication strategy, and portfolio management across categories.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead product launches, innovations, packaging upgrades, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, trade marketing, digital, supply chain, finance, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Track and optimize brand KPIs including market share, penetration, awareness, and profitability.
  • Drive P&L accountability and manage brand budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and distributors across GCC and export markets.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

Desired Profile

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • 8–12 years of experience in FMCG brand management.
  • Strong exposure to GCC/Middle East markets preferred.
  • Experience handling large-scale integrated campaigns and innovation pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Prior experience in categories such as Food, Beverage, Personal Care, Home Care, or Beauty will be an advantage.
